Group Classes and Private Sessions
Group classes:
Pilates Yoga and Beyond holds weekly group classes. See schedule to right. If you are new to the studio, please call (715.832.7335) or email in advance to register - space is limited in all classes. For driving directions and map click here.
Private or semi-private sessions:
Sheri offers individual and small group sessions. Please call 715.832.7335 or email to schedule sessions. For driving directions and map click here. Sessions are available for:
• pilates apparatus sessions (individuals)
• yoga private sessions (individuals or groups)
• thai yoga bodywork (1, 1.5, 2 hours sessions available for individuals)
• belly danicng (individual or groups)
•
partner yoga sessions (groups of 2-12)

Who can attend group classes?
Participants who are in good health and do not have any physical limitations can participate in group classes. Classes are open to beginners and advanced students. Wear comfortable clothes and come to class on an empty stomach.
Who are private sessions for?
• Clients wanting to practice pilates on the apparatus (equipment)
• Individuals who are new and want to learn at their own pace
• Advanced students wanting to take their practice to the next level
• People with a tight schedule unable to attend group classes
• Anyone wanted a class catered to specific needs or goals
• Individuals with health concerns and major physical limitations
