From Business Hwy. 53: Go west on Eddy Lane. Go north (right) on Starr Avenue. Go west (left) on North Lane. North Lane will turn into Airport Road as you follow the curve. Stay on Airport Road. Go west (left) on River Glen Court. Third house on the right with split rail fence. (NOTE: you will pass RiverVIEW and RiverCREST roads before getting to River GLEN Ct.)

Once you arrive for group pilates mat and yoga classes- come through the door on the right side of house and up the stairs. Private sessions and Chair classes please use the front door and follow the signs to get downstairs.
